Strong Wind Signal 3 issued - Tropical Storm Mujigae (hkdigit-20090910-082804)
HONG KONG : 9 September, 2009 - The Observatory issued No. 1 signal as Tropical Storm Mujigae approaching Hong Kong. Early the next day, it was replaced by No.3 signal for 13 hours until it was replaced with the Storm Signal 1, before the warnings were cancelled 2 hours later. (Stock Photo ID: 20090910-082804 )
