HONG KONG : 21 May, 2009 – Louis Vuitton opened their A Passion for Creation exhibition by Henry Tang, chief secretary for Administration of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government, VIPs from Louis Vuitton and French diplomats in the Hong Kong Museum of Art.
The Exhibition showcasing selected works from the Fondation Louis Vuitton pour la Création, bringing together a small number of significant large-scale worksby European, American and Chinese artists. The shoe featured amazing installations by the likes of Takashi Murakami, Richard Prince, and Stephen Sprouse. Other works included pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Paul Chan, Cao-Fei, Yang Fudong, Gilbert & George, Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, Andreas Gursky, Pierre Huyghe, Jeff Koons, Bertrand Lavier, Christian Marclay, Richard Prince.
The show is jointly presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the HKSAR government and Louis Vuitton in collaboration with the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong.

Tickets: HKD 30 (standard), HKD 15 (rate for students, people with dissability, and senior citizens)
How to Get there:
1.MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit E, walk towards Salisbury Road, turn right, take subway (underground tunnel) next to YMCA to Hong Kong Museum of Art.
2. Catch Star Ferry from Central or Wan Chai to Tsim Sha Tsui, walk about 10 mins to the museum.
3. MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit J/K/L3.
