Wind-Blown Umbrella Upright

Hong Kong 19 April 2008: A woman hold her Wind-Blown Umbrella Upright as they walk through the wind on a Hong Kong street as typhoon Neogur slammed into southern China.

Although Typhoon Neoguri (颱風浣熊) has weakened into a severe tropical storm, but the strong wind signal number three remains in effect as it makes its way northwards towards the Chinese coast.
