HKSAR flag at half-mast mourn for Manila hostage victims

Hong Kong : 24 August., 2010 – The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) flags at all HKSAR government offices flown at half-mast today to mourn for the victims who were killed during the hostage-taking incident in the Manila, Philippines (23 August, 2010).
