Hong Kong – 24 Oct., 2009 : Microsoft Hong Kong official launch Window 7 today. More than 300 peoples wait overnight to get one of 400 sets of Windows 7 English Ultimate Edition for HK$377 (about USD48). Too bad that it is only 32-bit and not-for-resale. Also, the package of the Utimate version is different from that of the Windows 7 retail box set.
Moreover, the first participant receive a free autographed copy of the “Windows 7 Ultimate Edition” by Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft.
The one who wear sun-glass (Mr. Chan) was the first which queue 1 day advance the event. He also the first one to get Windows Vista when Hong Kong Launch.
