Hold tight - No 3 signal remains in effect (hkdigit-20080419-141736)

Hong Kong 19 April 2008: A couple hold tight to prevent the strong wind blow away the umbrella.

Although Typhoon Neoguri (颱風浣熊) has weakened into a severe tropical storm, but the strong wind signal number three remains in effect as it makes its way northwards towards the Chinese coast.

Glad to see your pictures again. Great as usual.

We’re dealing with a Spring storm here in Alberta too. Only ours is snow and cold! Winter again.
