More than 500 animal lovers and dozens of pet marched from Chater Garden, Central to the Central Government Offices deliver a letter to the government following police inaction over a brutal animal cruelty case.

Lam Lam (藍藍), an kitten which was found outside a supermarket at Choi Yuen Estate (彩園邨), Sheung Shui (上水) with its hind legs chopped off. According to Ms Elaine Chan, the police took no action was taken after reported and asked for further investigation.
