Hong Kong - Shenzhen Western Corridor Walk for Millions (深港西部通道百萬行)

30,000 Hong Kong people walked over the bridge for charity, raising HK$8 million (US$1.04 million). Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor is the fourth vehicular boundary crossing linking Hong Kong and Shenzhen. A charity walk will be organised by the Community Chest before its official grand opening. The route will cover the Hong Kong section of the Corridor. Total distance will be around 7 Km and the entire journey will take around 2 hours to complete.

Hong Kong - Shenzhen Western Corridor Walk for Millions (深港西部通道百萬行)

Walk for Millions (公益金百萬行) is a flagship fund raising event of the Community Chest. It was first launched in 1971. People can participate in the walk on a major highway by making a donation. Until now, over 2.7 millions participants join this meaningful event and 144 walks have been organised by the Community Chest.
